Welcome to the Niteworks website. Niteworks is an innovative and agile enterprise for military capability-based acquisition and evidenced decision support, in which the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the UK defence industry work in partnership to address and resolve MOD’s high-priority issues.
An integral part of MOD’s capability management process, Niteworks provides a multi-disciplinary environment to explore novel and practical solutions to capability challenges, as well as providing impartial enterprise advice to MOD through the provision of the Key System Advisor (KSA) Service.
The best of UK defence capability
Niteworks is a highly flexible decision support tool for UK MOD, bringing together the best of the UK's defence capability to deliver vital contributions in three principal areas: current operations, Joint Capability Board (JCB) decision support, and major capability programmes. Aligned with the principles of Through Life Capability Management, Niteworks assesses capability across all Defence Lines of Development, increasing operational effectiveness and reducing programme and operational risk.

Niteworks’ industry Partners are drawn from the major UK defence providers to ensure a breadth of domain knowledge, and from an increasingly diverse Associate community including small and medium enterprises, specialists, research establishments and major consulting companies.
