The Niteworks team is supported in setting the strategic direction for Niteworks by a 2* MOD Governance Board and by a non-executive “Partnership Board” comprising MOD stakeholders and industry Partner and Associate representatives.
MOD 2* Board Organisation
The Governance Board, chaired by DGE with membership from the ECC, ACDS(Ops), DG Info, DG(S&A), DE&S, DCDC, PJHQ and the Front Line Commands, gives strategic guidance to the Niteworks enterprise on behalf of the JCB so that MOD gains the best value from its strategic investment. The Board also monitors the implementation of Niteworks recommendations by MOD stakeholders to ensure that the benefits are actually achieved.
Niteworks Partnership Board
The Partnership Board is a non-executive board which provides strategic support to the Niteworks Managing Director on programme and industry priorities, issues and opportunities. The Board comprises representatives from DAES, DE&S Integration Authority and Dstl, together with a representative of each industry Partner and one representative for all the industry Associates.
