Project Governance
Niteworks is fully funded and directed by UK MOD. Industry participation is enabled through a contract between the MOD and the lead industry Partner, BAE Systems.
Niteworks Management
A joint MOD/Industry management team, led by the Niteworks Managing Director, exercises operational management of the Niteworks capability and programme.
Niteworks is managed by a representative team from within the MOD and Industry members on behalf of the sponsor, Director Analysis, Experimentation and Simulation (DAES). The DE&S Integration Authority (IA) acts as the Contract Authority under DG Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (DG ISTAR).
Niteworks Team
Niteworks comprises a multi-disciplinary team drawn from the industry Partners, Associates and various MOD agencies, including Dstl, to provide the broad range of skills required to deliver the Niteworks programme.
MOD Governance
Strategic guidance for Niteworks is provided by a 2* MOD governance group, with programme direction being provided by DAES, DGE and the Niteworks MOD Team.
