Niteworks management
The Niteworks management team exercises operational management, control and direction of the Niteworks programme. Led by the Niteworks Managing Director, the management team is drawn from industry, supported by the Niteworks MOD team, and representation from DAES.
Organisational Design
The organisational design of the management team is developed, and if necessary revised, to ensure that Niteworks management is able to respond to challenges and issues that evolve over time. The extended management team comprises a core team of functional leaders covering all relevant disciplines including architectures, experiment design, synthetic environments, modelling, commercial and finance. Theme Leaders have specific subject matter knowledge and experience, and are recruited from the industry partnership for the duration of a Theme.
Culture of Trust and Openness
The Niteworks culture is collaborative in nature, and is built on an open partnership, sharing information, knowledge and experiences. The Niteworks management team reflects and supports this culture by being role models, and by promoting a culture of trust, openness and egalitarianism within the Niteworks team as a whole. This means that there is a genuine team spirit and “can-do” attitude within Niteworks, with team members encouraged to share ideas and discuss issues with their immediate colleagues and management team alike.
