During a Theme a number of key deliverables are created to support Gate approval and to document results. These documents are available to the engaged stakeholder community in accordance with the IPR agreement.
Experimental Design Document
The experimental design document is a key deliverable, essentially linking the overall experimental question to the data collection and analysis needs, identifying how the experiment will be performed.
This document is required for Gate 2 approval.
Customer Report
The customer report captures the experimental results and recommendations for exploitation (benefits). This report is aimed at the desk officer and high level sponsors.
This report is required post experimentation prior to the exploitation workshop.
Scientific Report
The scientific report captures the experimental analysis and supports the recommendations drawn from the customer report. This report is aimed at the scrutiny and scientific communities and is required post experimentation prior to the exploitation workshop.
