Theme Management
All Themes within NITEworks are run as separate, stand-alone projects, and are funded from the NITEworks budget. Themes are supported by a central NITEworks Modelling and Battlespace Architecting capability.
Theme Review Process
The operational management of NITEworks Themes is undertaken through a series of internal reviews. In addition, the team addressing the question will be expected to hold a number of workshops for the purpose of both illuminating the problem and advising and informing the customer community and the NITEworks industry Partners and Associates.
Theme Control Cycle
NITEworks operates a monthly review process in line with the NITEworks operating model. This monthly review process acts as an internal method of tracking performance against cost and risk. The control cycle endeavours to manage the high tempo operation of a Theme with checks and balances to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
