The Partners

Niteworks’ industry Partners and Associates are drawn from the major UK defence providers to ensure a breadth of domain knowledge, and from an increasingly diverse industry Associate community including small and medium enterprises, specialists, research establishments and major consulting companies.

Niteworks is unique in its ability to draw on the combined expertise of the MOD-industry partnership to reach into the problem and solution space concurrently, bringing together from MOD, Dstl and Industry, all of those with the knowledge, skills and expertise to test early on what is needed and explore options in an iterative way, applying the most up-to-date knowledge on the ‘art of the possible’.  Niteworks establishes ‘best athlete’ teams from the MOD/industry partnership that combine the breadth and depth of UK defence knowledge and experience.  The partnership has a unique culture and behavioural ethos based on collaboration, impartiality, transparency, agility, high performance and trust.
